3. Inspections: How to Create One

Inspections are at the core of Visualogyx, enabling you to capture critical data and evidence while ensuring compliance and quality across various processes. Follow these steps to start conducting inspections efficiently.
- Log in to your Visualogyx account.
- Navigate to the "Inspections" section under a specific Team from the left-hand menu or dashboard.
- Click the "New Inspection" button in the top-right corner.
- Choose a template from the list of available templates. These templates were either created by you, shared with you, or are part of the public template library.
- If you don't have a suitable template, you can create a new one by clicking “other templates” followed by the "Create Template" button.
- Provide a descriptive name for your inspection.
- Optionally, you can add an inspection description.
- Specify the location or site where the inspection will take place.(further validate with

- If you need to collaborate with external users or stakeholders, click the "Share" button.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Select the appropriate role for the invitee:
- Viewer: User can only view the inspection.
- Collaborator: User can add or alter any inspection data.
- Assignee: User is tasked to conduct and complete the inspection.
- Optionally, you can allow the invitee to reshare the inspection with others.
- Click "Send Invite" to share the inspection.
- Fill out the template fields accurately, following the provided instructions and guidance.
- Capture photos, videos, or other media as required by the template.
- If necessary, add additional comments or images to provide context or clarify findings.
- Review the completed inspection for accuracy and completeness.
- If any fields are missing or require correction, make the necessary updates.
- Once you're satisfied with the inspection, click the "Submit" button.
- Optionally, you can share the inspection results with stakeholders or assign follow-up tasks.
- Use the mobile app for convenient on-site data collection and access to inspection details.
- Leverage the offline mode to continue working on inspections even without an internet connection.
- Encourage team collaboration by sharing inspections and assigning tasks as needed.
