Overview The Advanced Report Customizations feature in Visualogyx gives enterprise users complete control over the visual design of their PDF reports. With this tool, you can tailor your reports to reflect your organization’s branding and preferences. From fonts to colors, headers, footers, and logos, every visual detail can be adjusted to create professional, branded reports.

How to Use the Advanced Report Customizations Feature

  1. Accessing the Feature Navigate to the Report section and select the Advanced tab to begin customizing.
  2. Make Your Customizations Use the settings panel to adjust styles, colors, fonts, and more. Changes will be reflected in the preview.
  3. Set as Organization Default Once satisfied with your design, click the Set as Organization Default button. This will save the design as the default report style for all users in your organization.
  4. Reset if Needed If you need to start over, click the Reset option to revert to default settings.

  1. Overall Report Style
    • Background Color: Choose a custom background color for your reports.
    • Separator and Grid Lines: Adjust the color and thickness of separators and grid lines for tables and sections.
    • Font Family & Color: Select from various fonts and text colors for consistent branding.
  2. Text Styling
    • Page Headers: Customize the font size, style, and color for page headers.
    • Section Headers: Adjust the look and feel of section headers to make your reports easier to navigate.
    • Table Headers & Body: Apply styles to table headers and body text for improved readability.
  3. Header and Footer Customizations
    • Add or remove headers and footers.
    • Set background and font colors for both sections.
    • Include page numbers or custom text in various alignments (left, center, or right).
  4. Controls & Question Styles
    • Set default colors for selected options.
    • Customize annotation styles for a clear and uniform look.
  5. KYPiT Analytics
    • Choose pass/fail colors to differentiate status messages.
    • Customize the font color for analytics-related text.
  6. Watermark Integration
    • Add your organization’s logo as a watermark.
    • Adjust watermark transparency and scale for subtle branding.
