Creating a New Team Team

in visualogyx, teams help you organize users by location, department, or function, allowing you to better manage access, inspections, templates, and workflows whether you're running inspections across multiple regions or different client accounts, teams give you the flexibility to segment your operations with control and clarity where to access teams to manage or create teams click the tools menu in the top navigation bar under organization settings , select teams this will open the teams page where you can view, edit, or create new teams within your organization how to create a new team from the teams page, click the blue + new team button enter the team name in the dialog box that appears click create to finalize the new team the new team will now appear in your list of teams, along with its assigned location, creation time, and number of users adding users to a team once the team is created click the arrow icon next to the team name to open its details click + add user on the right hand side enter the user’s email address choose their role from the following options viewer can view inspections and projects but cannot make changes contributor (limited) can only manage their own inspections and projects contributor can manage all inspections and projects in the team admin full control over team settings, users, inspections, and templates once added, the user will appear under the team’s user list with their assigned role and status managing teams to edit a team name, click the pencil icon next to the name to delete a team, scroll to the bottom of the team details and select delete this team warning this action is permanent and will remove all associated data
