follow these steps to configure your notification preferences in visualogyx step 1 daily activity reports get a summary of inspection activities delivered to your email step 1 daily activity reports get a summary of inspection activities delivered to your email get a summary of inspection activities delivered to your email go to settings > activity reports toggle on daily activity report choose the team for which you want the report (or select "all teams") set the delivery time and choose the time zone select the days of the week on which you want to receive reports you can also choose to attach pdf files to the email if the file size is too large, a download link will be provided step 2 real time inspection reports step 2 real time inspection reports receive pdf reports immediately upon inspection completion go to settings > activity reports enable the toggle for real time inspection report select the team for which you want to receive real time reports if the reports are too large for email, you will receive a download link step 3 to access or modify your notification settings step 3 to access or modify your notification settings to access or modify your notification settings click on the settings dropdown in the top navigation bar select activity reports to manage your notification preferences
