Customizing Your Organization

Branding

  1. In the settings, under Organization Settings enter “Profile”.
  2. Specify the name of your organization, which will be displayed throughout the Visualogyx platform.
  3. Organization Icon: Upload a small-size logo or icon (preferably 40px x 40px) that represents your organization within Visualogyx.
  4. Organization Logo: Upload a full-size logo (recommended size 250px x 50px) that will be used in email templates and reports. This can be a wordmark (text-only logo), a symbol/icon, or a combination of both.


User Management

  1. In the settings, under Organization Settings enter Users.
  2. Invite Users: Invite new users to join your Visualogyx organization by entering their email addresses and assigning them appropriate roles (more on roles in the next section) and to their relevant teams.
  3. Manage Existing Users: View, edit, or remove existing users from your organization, and manage their roles and permissions.

Team Management Visualogyx allows you to organize users and templates into teams, each with its own set of permissions and access levels. You can create new teams, view all existing teams, delete teams, and change team settings.
