Web App

Browser Requirements

We recommend using one of the following web browsers and keeping them updated to the latest version:

  • Google Chrome (version 123 or later) → Recommended
  • Safari (version 18 or later)
  • Other browsers:
    • Firefox (version 124 or later),
    • Microsoft Edge (version 123 or later)

Browser Security Considerations

Only browsers supporting TLS 1.2 or later are supported.

Browser Features

  • Location Services: Optional, but some features may require it.
  • JavaScript: Required for full functionality.
  • Cookies: Must be enabled for the best experience.

Desktop Requirements

The Visualogyx web app is optimized for compatibility with most web browsers on the following operating systems:

  • Windows 10 or later → Recommended
  • macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later
  • Other OS: Linux distributions like Ubuntu 20.04 or later

Mobile Devices

 To get the most out of your Visualogyx app, we recommend using one of the following devices and operating systems:

Android Requirements

  • Devices:
    • All Android phones and Tablets which has specified OS version and RAM
  • Minimum Requirements.
    • RAM: 4 GB
    • Storage: 64 GB
    • OS: Android 8.0 or later
  • Recommended
    • RAM: 8 GB
    • Storage: 128+ GB
    • OS: Android 14+

iOS Requirements

  • Devices:
    • iPhone 7 and later
    • iPad 3rd Gen and later
  • Min. OS: iOS version 12 or later
  • Recommended OS: iOS 15 or later
