tasks in visualogyx help you assign, track, and manage action items tied to your inspections, projects, and general operations whether you're delegating follow up actions after an inspection or scheduling recurring responsibilities, tasks ensure accountability and visibility across teams tasks can be one time or recurring assigned to one or more users linked directly to inspections or created as generic to dos filtered by due date, assignee, or team tasks appear under each team and location, and can be viewed by their status pending , done/canceled , or all how to create a task navigate to the tasks tab from the sidebar click the blue + new task button in the top right fill in the task details title (required) assignees (one or more users) priority (low, medium, high) recurrence (one time only or recurring) due date instructions (optional detailed description) attachments (optional) under assignments , choose generic assignment a basic to do without a linked inspection conduct an inspection assign a user to complete a new or existing inspection choose a team select a template (or use a free form) click create to assign the task note for example, you can assign a recurring “weekly store cleanliness audit” task every monday linked to a specific template task views and filters tasks are automatically grouped by due date overdue due today due within 7 days no due date due later you can also switch tabs between pending , done/canceled , or all filter tasks by assignee , creator , team , and more search tasks by keyword updating and completing tasks once created, tasks appear in a chronological view from the task list, you can change the status (to do, in progress, done, or canceled) click the three dots to edit or delete a task view linked inspections or attachments note tasks are especially helpful in managing inspection cycles, corrective actions, or client service commitments across distributed teams
